Refunds & Exchanges
We have a strict refund/exchange policy.
You agree to these terms when you make a purchase from our boutique in store & online.
All policies can be changed without notice.
It Is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to thoroughly read all policies.
If you are very extremely UNSATISFIED with your item, you may return your item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will only allow a refund if you contact us TWO DAYS upon delivery of the item.
If otherwise, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Returns & Exchanges
We are currently not accepting exchanges or returns due
to COVID-19. We will not be accepting exchanges until further notice for sanitary reasons.
After payment has been received, it takes us 24-48 hours to package and prepare your items.
After items have been prepared we ship out immediately after. So you will generally receive your items 2-5 business days after. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.
Shipping costs are NONREFUNDABLE. We are not responsible once your item has been shipped, and you have been provided with a tracking number. If your item for some reason gets lost in the mail, you contact United States Postal Service, NOT US.

Store Pick ups
After placing your order for "Store Pick Up" you will receive an email when order is ready and it will include store location and hours of operations.
Your items will be on hold for as long as you need.
